MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

All web pages on our site and all linked pages (“Site”) belong to and are operated by İrismo Trading Limited at irismostore.com (“Company”). By using all services offered on the Site, you (“User”) agree that you are subject to the following terms. By benefiting from and continuing to use the services on the Site, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract under the laws you are subject to, and that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms written in this agreement.
This agreement is indefinite in duration and imposes rights and obligations on the parties regarding the Site. When the parties accept/approve this agreement online or in writing, they declare and undertake to fulfill these rights and obligations completely, accurately, on time, and in accordance with the conditions requested in this agreement.

2.1. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information, and methods on this Site belong to the operating and owning Company or the relevant rights holder and are under the protection of national and international law. 2.2. Information on the Site cannot be reproduced, published, copied, presented, or transferred in any way. The whole or any part of the Site cannot be used on another website without permission. In case of such violation, the User is responsible for compensating any damages claimed from the Company by third parties, including court costs and attorney fees.

3.2. This information may be used to create customer profiles, offer appropriate promotions, and conduct statistical studies.
3.3. The User has the right to withdraw this consent at any time without providing any reason. The Company will process this request immediately and stop sending electronic communications within 3 business days.
3.4. Confidential Information may only be disclosed to official authorities when duly requested and when required by mandatory legal provisions.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This clause shall be valid to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Services provided by the Company are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and no express or implied warranties are made regarding the services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement shall be considered violated and the account may be closed without notice.
The User is responsible for the security of passwords and accounts on the Site and third-party sites. The Company cannot be held responsible for data losses, security breaches, or damage to hardware and devices.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
If obligations arising from this Agreement cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fire, war, riots, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, or power outages (“Force Majeure”), the parties shall not be held responsible. During this period, the rights and obligations of the parties are suspended.
7. INTEGRITY AND APPLICABILITY OF THE AGREEMENT
If any provision of this Agreement becomes partially or completely invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
8. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
The Company may change the services offered on the Site and the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective on the date they are published on the Site. It is the User’s responsibility to follow these changes. Continued use of the services means acceptance of the changes.
9. NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications regarding this Agreement will be made via the Company’s known email address and the email address provided by the User during registration. The User agrees that the address provided is a valid notification address and that they will notify any changes in writing within 5 days.
10. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the parties’ books, records, computer records, and fax records shall be accepted as evidence in accordance with procedural law, and the User agrees not to object to these records.
11. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central) shall have jurisdiction.
