The COROS HR Monitor measures your heart rate from your upper arm during workouts and transmits it in real time to compatible watches, bike computers, and fitness apps. Upper Arm Placement: Positioned on the upper arm between the bicep and shoulder, the sensor maintains consistent contact with the skin. When worn at the right tightness, it minimizes slippage and measurement fluctuations during intense movement.

Soft Fabric Strap: The thin, flexible armband creates no pressure around your chest. Its low-profile sensor body reduces the risk of snagging under long-sleeved clothing or when working out with fitness equipment.
Adjustable Fit: The strap's buckle makes it easy to adjust the band to a comfortable tightness around your arm. Available in Standard and Large sizes to accommodate various arm circumferences.
