What is Irismo Store's Tax Free Offer?

• Tax Free refers to the refund of VAT paid by foreign nationals (citizens other than those from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) on products purchased in Northern Cyprus.

• You can use Tax Free if the total cost of the products you purchased according to a single invoice exceeds 5000 TL (excluding VAT).

• To use Tax Free, the customer must have a foreign passport or a Turkish national identity card;

• If you have your Tax Free invoice validated at Ercan Airport or Girne Tourism Port upon departure from the country, we will process your payment via bank transfer within 15 business days.

• When using the Tax Free service, our foreign customers receive 16% of the unit price of the device back. You can calculate the amount you will receive using the formula: ProductPrice/116*16.

• The Tax Free invoice has a limited validity period, and the customer who receives it must leave Northern Cyprus within a maximum of 90 days.

• You must present and have all necessary invoice copies certified at the Tax Free point; otherwise, you will not receive your money back.

• To use this option, we provide you with 4 "Tax Free" invoices. We keep one, you keep three, and the customs officer keeps two. You then have the remaining invoice validated at customs and send us a photo of it. After that, we send you 16% of the unit price for the refund process. You can use this service at Ercan Airport or Girne Tourism Port. We will process your payment via bank transfer within 15 business days.
