Structure That Analyzes Obstacles: Thanks to its advanced vision system and climbing arm lift mechanism, the robot records the easiest way to overcome challenging steps and high thresholds of 4.5 + 4.3 cm. On carpets up to 3 cm, it intelligently adjusts body height while maintaining deep vacuum performance.
7.95 cm Ultra-Slim Profile: Equipped with the StarSight™ Autonomous System 2.0, Saros 20 slips easily into narrow spaces under sofas and beds with its slim body design. Thanks to its intelligent sensors, it recognizes 2 cm low skirting boards and curtains, extends the FlexiArm™ side brush and thoroughly cleans hidden dust.

Stain-Focused Intelligent Strategy: DirTect® technology, supported by an RGB camera, analyzes the type of stains on the floor. For solid debris, it maximizes the suction power of the 36,000 Pa HyperForce® motor, while when liquid spills are detected, it switches only to mopping mode to deliver flawless solutions.
Zero Hair Tangling: Optimized for pet-friendly environments, the DuoDivide™ main brush and FlexiArm™ side brush structure completely prevent hair from tangling in the mechanism with a 0% rate. The system can lift its main brush and mops according to the selected mode, ensuring optimum contact on every surface.

Dual-Direction Washing with 100°C Hot Water: The station cleans mop pads with hot water up to 100°C, instantly removing greasy kitchen stains and stubborn food residues. In vacuuming or carpet-first modes, it automatically detaches the mop from the body and washes it in the background during cleaning, always providing the robot with a clean mop.
Hot Air Drying and Intelligent Detection: When the cleaning cycle is complete, it dries the mops and station base with 55°C hot air to prevent bad odor and mold formation. It monitors mop washing water and dynamically adjusts cleaning duration. The station dries moisture in the dust bag with ambient airflow and also saves 40% time with 2.5-hour fast charging support.

Intelligent Living Strategy: Roborock SmartPlan™ 3.0 infrastructure automatically recognizes room types in your home, learns your cleaning habits and determines the most accurate cleaning strategy. In addition to features such as pet tracking and instant cute photo capture, the robot allows you to monitor your home remotely with live video calling support.
Offline Voice Control and Privacy: When approaching your pets, it automatically stops the main brush and gently changes its path so as not to scare them. Thanks to its built-in voice assistant, it directly follows your commands when you say "Hello Rocky", even without an internet (Wi-Fi) connection.
